This is a multidisciplinary team that works alongside clients to design the strategy leading to the successful implementation of corporate restructuring processes, both in circumstances of solvency (company migration, concentration, post-acquisition and post-merger operations) and insolvency.
This Department also works on the development, drafting and defence of reports in the economic-finance area, in contentious proceedings, whether arbitration, ordinary courts or mediation. Specifically analysing and drafting legal opinions on:
- Company and business appraisal
- Assessment of loss of profit and damages
- Certification of special situations in companies
- Certification of accounting issues
- Conciliation and assessment of claims
- Giving opinions as economists on internal operational control and receivership
