The USA Desk channels and coordinates Roca Junyent's services targeted specifically at American clients or clients with interests in the USA.
Formed by a multidisciplinary team of Roca Junyent lawyers based at different offices and specialized in various practice areas, the members of the USA Desk are equipped to assist clients to grasp the major differences between Spain and the UK in terms of legal systems and business environments.
We have in place long-standing partnership agreements with leading US law firms, ensuring that Roca Junyent’s clients receive an immediate, effective response to the demands raised by their international deals.
Specifically, the USA Desk deals with:
- Matters of the Firm’s Spanish clients in the US, including: incorporation of affiliates, branches or representation offices; agency or distribution agreements, real property investment, joint ventures, and company acquisitions, liaising with local law firms in any State of the Union.
- Affairs of American clients in Spain. Our professional legal advice is adjusted to account for cultural and legal differences, thus enabling our clients to make informed business decisions in such important areas as Labour Law and Tax.
