Joan Contestí Seguí

Joan Contestí’s workload focuses on Commercial Law, Insolvency, Company Law, Administrative Law, Real Estate Law and Planning Law. He is also a specialist in Tourism Law. He has advised domestic and international companies and institutions across a wide variety of industries, particularly in the tourism sector, including hotels, tour operators and wholesale and retail travel agencies He also advises hotel chains in M&A deals, corporate restructuring and start-ups, whilst delivering general legal advice. Joan has acted as secretary of the board and legal counsel for various companies, with which he maintains close and enduring links. At present he serves as Managing Partner of Roca Junyent’s office in Palma de Mallorca.
