Jaime Espejo Valdelomar
Specialised in M&A and Corporate Law, Jaime holds extensive experience in M&A, MBOs/MBIs, LBOs/LBIs, start-ups, corporate restructuring, joint ventures and commercial contracting in a wide range of industries. He has advised corporate clients and private equity houses, both domestic and international. He acts as Secretary and as Legal Counsel for several companies. He has a thorough knowledge of commercial contracts across a wide array of industries. Prior to joining Roca Junyent in 2009, Jaime was a partner with Estudio Legal-Abogados and Landwell / PricewaterhouseCoopers. Leading Partner of Roca Junyent's Asian Desk at the Madrid office, advising Chinese companies and entrepreneurs wishing to invest in Spain and those already operating in this country.
