The Intellectual Property Area of Practice provides all manner of services related to this branch of the law. With regard to copyrights, we work for leading cultural institutions, creators and businesses, whose core business focuses on matters of intellectual property, such as publishing, record and production companies, among others, in various different economic sectors. Our work extends to contractual and litigation matters, and we provide advisory services in relation to the strategies necessary to protect these creations.
We also have proven experience in all matters relating to trademarks, trade names, patents, utility models, industrial designs, domain names, unfair competition, image rights and all other advertising matters.
This area of practice provides services in relation to the protection and use of trademarks, designs, patents, domain names, etc. in various economic sectors. Our experience extends to other related matters such as unfair competition practices. We cover contractual and litigation matters, and provide advisory services relating to strategies to protect these creations, inventions and designs.
