Diversity

"That the business world is pushed by regulations to gain in plurality and gender equality in its corporate bodies should be accompanied by the example of public institutions".

The lawyer emphasises that equality does not necessarily mean diversity and that it is time to move towards diversity in training and educational background, in origins and in the vision of the political-economic context that sets the board's agenda.
