The importance of using registered trademarks
The courts as spring and solution for the parties to reach an agreement that faces the Administration.
On 27 December 2018, the Royal Decree-Law 23/2019, of 21 December, transposing directives on trademarks, rail transport and combined travel and related travel services was published in the Official Gazette. This Royal Decree-Law amended the current Trademark Law and came to transpose the provisions of Directive (EU) 2015/2436 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2015, on the approximation of the laws of the Member States in matters of brands.
