RocaJunyent advises ICF Capital on the creation of the Lidera Impuls Pime fund.

We have advised ICF Capital on the incorporation and registration with the CNMV of the venture capital fund Lidera Impuls Pime, a new vehicle promoted by the Institut Català de Finances (ICF) aimed at supporting the growth of Catalan SMEs. The fund has an endowment of 70 million euros and was created with the objective of boosting competitiveness, internationalisation and business consolidation processes, and facilitating generational succession in companies with growth potential.
