Barcelona can become an educational hub

Our Executive President, Joan Roca, has participated together with Andreu Mas-Colell and Teresa Garcia-Milà in the preparation of a report in which Barcelona is identified as a benchmark city in international higher education.

The report promoted by Barcelona Global proposes creating a favorable regulatory framework with a reform of the university system to make it more competitive at the international level, as well as reducing the limitations on the free entry of international students.
