Check on the fake review scam

Our EU and Competition Law partner, Roberto Vallina, has participated in this article in El Confidencial on fake reviews.

The news reports that the new regulation allows action against companies that falsify their ratings, and obliges them to check that the reviews are from users who have actually bought the products. Roberto describes how more and more companies are monitoring the possible bad practices of their competitors on the net.
