Formentor Capital acquires the majority of the telecommunications operator Excom for around 12 million euros

Carlos Blanco and Javier Arenas have advised Excom in the transaction through which Formentor Capital has acquired a majority stake in the local telecommunications operator for an amount of around 12 million euros.
