How should the tax reform that would help the government boost the economic recovery look like?

On 29 March, the Government will approve a plan with tax cuts aimed at reducing the impact of the war in Ukraine on our country. 

In this context, Raúl Salas, partner at Fiscal, together with other experts participate in this Confilegal publication where they state that it is a good time to make more far-reaching tax adjustments that will help to create employment and overcome a recessionary situation in which many SMEs and self-employed are having problems maintaining their economic capacity.

In his opinion, "two main lines should guide this tax reform, firstly, a reduction in the complexity of our tax system and secondly, a promotion of legal certainty, providing taxpayers with greater certainty".
