InmoCaixa buys the Ombú Tower in Madrid for seventy million euros

Xavier Serramalera, partner of our Real Estate Law Department, and Carlos Fernández and Lorena Llarena, both associates of the same department, have advised InmoCaixa, a company owned by CriteriaCaixa, in the acquisition of the office building in Madrid, which has an area of ​​more than 13,000 square metres.

With this operation, the Real Estate Department of Roca Junyent has advised the two most important real estate operations of the year in Madrid by economic volume.
