Insolvency of micro-enterprises in the Spanish Insolvency Law

"To expect creditors to be obliged to go regularly to the insolvency register or to the BOE does not seem very realistic".

According to data from the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism of August 2020, microenterprises represent 93% of the Spanish business fabric. However, 40% do not last more than 3 years.
