The High Court of Justice of Aragon has declared null and void the Order that regulates the concerted action in the provision of social services in Aragon, thus upholding the Contentious-Administrative appeal filed by the State Association of Home Care Services Entities (ASADE) in 2018, advised by Roca Junyent.
