RocaJunyent advises MONEI to register as payment institution

Our Fintech, Banking and Financial, Data Protection and Tax teams advised MONEI in relation to their registration as a payment institution with the Bank of Spain for carrying out the payment service consisting of the acquisition of payment transactions. From now on, the Spanish fintech will be able to perform payment services and have a contractual relationship directly with Spanish businesses.
