RocaJunyent's 'software' that detects wage gaps in the workforce

Since the Royal Decree on equal pay was passed in April 2021, many companies have been forced to analyse their employees' salaries in order to detect possible gender discrimination. 

With the aim of facilitating this task, in January 2020, RocaJunyent, together with Metapahase07, created Iqualex, a tool that detects possible wage gaps in the workforce. 

In an article published in El Confidencial, our partner Marlen Estévez explains how it works and tells us about the next steps to be taken with this "software".
