The Treasury exempts cryptocurrency holders from filing form 720 this year.
In an announcement published on its website, the Tax Agency points out, echoing the unease generated by this situation, that at least for the time being it will not be necessary to file form 720 in relation to cryptocurrencies before 31 March.
Javier de Diego, lawyer in the Tax Department, believes that the AEAT's notice on its website clarifies the issue quite a lot.
