Madrid, 14 April 2021 - The organisational leadership firm Alexander Hughes and the law firm RocaJunyent start a collaboration to advise companies and public bodies on the analysis, definition and implementation of the most appropriate organisational model to meet the challenges of an economic and social environment of maximum uncertainty. This cross-cutting advice from HR consultants and labour lawyers seeks to ensure efficiency in the operation of the business structure.

The current social and economic environment, marked by the Covid-19 pandemic, is one of maximum uncertainty. Society is facing one of the greatest collective challenges of recent years, and providing certainty to decisions is the grail to which everyone, from supranational organisations to governments, companies and individuals, aspire. In addition to all of the above, there is the need to legislate and direct as the necessary backbone for social and business management. And it is in the business sphere where the need for direction and certainty is more necessary than ever.

In this context, the design of Organisational Models is key to improving the performance of companies. This translates into an analysis of the degree of alignment between the strategy and the organisational context of companies with the aim of providing the best diagnosis and analysis of jobs, designing the optimal structure and regulations for good management and the procedures to be followed, with the aim of improving the productivity of organisations. In short, the aim is to provide organisations with a well thought-out strategy, solid organisational frameworks, and aligned and committed people to help them face the current environment and the challenges that lie ahead.

In the words of Jaime Bonals, Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes, and Joan Roca, Executive Chairman of RocaJunyent, “this agreement aims to offer a comprehensive organisational adaptation service thanks to the complementary technical knowledge of both firms, and absolutely customised to the needs of each client”.

The professionals from both firms involved in the development of the solution have extensive experience in advising companies from different sectors of activity, both in organisational and cultural transformation, as well as in legal advice on the development of the activity or the search for the necessary executives for strategic implementation.

With a strong client base across a broad spectrum of sectors, both firms work with public sector and listed and family-owned companies, assisting both institutional investors and owners in M&A, corporate and labour restructuring, contractual matters, strategic redesign, cultural transformation and policies for consolidation and management development.

Alexander Hughes and RocaJunyent offer their services nationwide, through the offices of both firms and also through associated RocaJunyent offices in Palma de Mallorca, Lérida, Tarragona, Málaga, Seville, Bilbao, Burgos and Valladolid.
