RocaJunyent and Daleph, a consultancy firm specialised in the management of European funds, are launching a pioneering service in the market, called "Test IN", to enable companies to identify and assess whether their plans and/or projects are eligible for funding or subsidies and, if so, to accompany them in adapting to the criteria required and obtaining European economic recovery funds under the European Recovery Instrument, known as "Next Generation EU", under the Recovery, Transformation and Economic Recovery Plan, under the "Next Generation EU", accompany them in meeting the required criteria and obtaining European funds for economic recovery within the framework of the European Recovery Instrument, known as "Next Generation EU", under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan presented by Spain to the European Commission last October.
This service is launched following the approval of the General State Budget and the Royal Decree-Law on urgent measures for the modernisation of the Public Administration and for the implementation of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan by the Council of Ministers on 22 December and published in the Official State Gazette on 31 December. The European Recovery Instrument involves €140 billion in aid for Spain in the form of transfers and loans between 2021 and 2026.
Through 'Test IN', created by experts from RocaJunyent and Daleph, interested companies will be able to analyse whether their plans and projects are eligible for funding or subsidies based on a legal-strategic analysis which, among other things, will assess the alignment of the project with the Recovery Plans, the General State Budgets and the new Royal Decree Law, its place as a PERTE or, where appropriate, the existing alternatives and channels.
In this way, RocaJunyent consolidates its position as the law firm for companies, thanks to the development of services that anticipate the needs of both organisations and society.
