Ana Pascual-Trenor Cordero

Ana has more than 25 years’ experience in the Civil-Commercial Litigation field, having litigated in practically all manner of Spanish Courts and Tribunals (Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, High Court of Justice of Catalonia, Appellate Courts, and Civil and Commercial Courts).

She is a specialist in Civil Law and Catalan Civil Law, particularly in the following areas: Probate Law, Real Estate Law, Contract Law, Lease Law and Horizontal Property, as well as a specialist in Civil Liability and in medical civil liability actions, incapacitation action and guardian appointments. In the field of Commercial Litigation, she has experience in objection to corporate agreements, corporate action and individual liability of directors.

She has also advised on Nobility Law and in succession files and consultations.

Ana speaks English, French, Spanish and Catalan.
