Daniel Sánchez Sellas

Daniel specialises in providing legal advice on employment matters to businesses and individuals. Throughout his career, he has focused on individual and collective labour relations for companies across various sectors, particularly the sports and insurance sectors. He has been involved in numerous corporate restructuring processes and collective bargaining negotiations, having also worked in the employment law department of a large company for several years. His experience in both a law firm and a company gives him a dual perspective that enriches the advice he provides to clients.

He is a member of the National Association of Labour Lawyers (ASNALA) and a lecturer on various courses and master’s programmes at prestigious institutions such as ISDE, CEF-UDIMA, EPJ and ICAM.

They hold a Master's degree in Labour Law Practice from the Garrigues Centre for Studies and are currently studying for a PhD in Labour Law at the Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC).
