Biography and experience
David has a strong track record as a lawyer specialising in public law and, in particular, regulatory law. He advises major national and international companies. His practice covers sectors such as energy, the environment, public procurement, defence, transport, the food industry and foreign investment.
In addition to participating in administrative procedures (authorisations, sanctions, etc.) and contentious-administrative proceedings, he also collaborates from the regulatory perspective in M&A transactions, financing, due diligence, as well as in highly complex international projects. He is a regular member of multidisciplinary teams and has led multijurisdictional operations, providing a strategic and transversal vision.
He has intervened in key matters related to regulatory changes in renewable energy, industrial emissions, packaging regulations, contracts in the railway sector and the sale and purchase of companies in the defence sector.
He holds a Master's Degree in Energy Business and Law.
