Biography and experience
Lucía is a specialist in labour and Social Security law, with experience in providing legal advice to individuals and companies from different sectors, both international and national, providing direct support to Human Resources managers.
Her practice focuses on employment legal advice in the different areas of employment law, including recruitment, disciplinary proceedings, corporate policies, equality plans, remuneration systems and procedural action. She also participates in business restructuring processes, collective bargaining and redundancy plans.
