María José Sedano Lacorte

María José specializes in public law. She advises on the transformation of public companies and the creation of international structures between public and private entities, both European and from third countries.

She has extensive experience in sectoral authorizations and permits (health, private security, food, education, social services, and transportation), public asset management, and public procurement. She has advised companies and administrations—including city councils and other public sector entities—on the execution of contracts, especially concessions.

She also provides legal defense in contentious-administrative appeals in areas such as sanctions, public procurement, urban planning, and civil service, before all courts.
