Rosa Isabel has more than twenty•four years of experience in all types of actions related to public law, both administrative and administrative litigation, and especially in public procurement, subsidies, sanctioning law, areas in which she represents both entities of the public sector as well as private companies. She also has experience in the right to housing, urban law and environmental law.
She is Vice•President of the Administrative Law Section of the Culture Commission of the Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona.
Talking about international, she directs the Dutch Desk of the firm, chairs the Delegate Committee of the International Relations Board and also holds the position of Deputy Director of the Institute for the Rule of Law at the Union Internacionale des Avocats (UIA). She is also a member of the Interpacific Bar Association (IPBA). She was Co•Chair of the Human Rights Committee of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and a member of the Executive Committee of AIJA.
She has been awarded with the Past President’s Award for the best National Report prepared for Working session 7, “Public Procurement of Infrastructure Projects and Energy Projects” of the 52nd Annual Congress of AIJA held in Prague, August 2014.
